dear friend stina has lived in paris for one year.
she equipped us with an audiotour of saint-germain-des-prés.
we did not know what to expect, just plugged in the ear-phones and listened.
there we walked, side by side, and a secret world appeared.
the french-english voice took us through small passages, narrow streets, secret courtyards.
she told us stories about musicians, painters, writers (and their lovers), jazz clubs.
she made us entering a gallery, an art café, and old hotel (where oscar wilde died!).
it was a magic afternoon, a time travel, a feeling of being just us in the heart of paris.
it is a beautiful neighborhood to live in! everything looks old and precious!
